Subscription Agreement Disclaimer

By signing up for this subscription, you (“Member”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Installment Plan: You agree to an installment plan with a monthly subscription fee of $75, charged automatically to your designated payment method.

2. Duration: This installment plan will last for 10 months, with a total payment of $750.

3. Automatic Payments: Your account will be automatically charged each month without additional notice. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of each charge.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by directly contacting the secretary. Please note that you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid being charged. Following a cancellation, reimbursement for any outstanding payments could take up to one month to process. All payments made are non-refundable except for outstanding payments after cancellation.

5. Changes to the Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for any bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges, or other fees resulting from charges billed to your payment method by us.

By initiating the installment plan or similar confirmation during the subscription process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
